    From this speech, we can see that Obama is a great leader, at least on the race issue. Obama sees what causes racial divisions and how to handle racial tensions. He did not put the blame on any race. He tried to understand them instead. Only when a leader can understand all of his people and be impartial can he lead them. It does not help to side with one people and put the blame on the other people.
