It is unfortunate that it has to take two Americans being tortured by American forces for Rumsfeld to be indicted. But it is better than Rumsfeld not being indicted ever.

I guess this is how American citizens’ rights can be protected against US government’s abuses. Since all men are created equal, this right should be given to non US citizens as well. I just don’t know if this is the case.
